Welcome To Cherish Homes
Your one-stop self-build and custom build specialist partner
Cherish Homes was formed in 2007 and is a specialist at designing and delivering self-build homes for a fixed cost.
Over time it has become clear that traditional methods of house building in the UK are unsustainable. Long construction times and variable quality delivered by the national housebuilders made us feel that the industry would struggle to satisfy the huge demand for quality, energy efficient new housing and were part of the problem rather than part of the solution to the housing crisis.
Cherish Homes set about finding a better solution and ultimately turned to Europe where efficient factory house building technology and delivery was already very well established as our clients are generally not willing to simply settle for what is on offer on the new homes market today.
So whilst we wait for the UK to catch up, or perhaps new factories get set up here by the global leaders in the industry, we work with well proven specialists to ensure you have the high quality home you deserve, both in looks and ‘liveability’, but also in build quality in what you can, and can’t see.
Cherish Homes are proud to be working with one of the largest house manufacturers, Dan-Wood. They have been established for more than 25 years and currently build over 2,500 houses a year.
We do not believe any other manufacturer is currently able to offer the same combination of quality, technical expertise, delivery expertise and depth of experience as Dan-Wood.
It is this special relationship, and our additional turnkey services, which makes Cherish Homes unique in the UK market currently.
